Sending Testimonial/ Review Request Automatically

With this feature, you can easily request reviews from satisfied customers right after their support conversation is marked as resolved.
This way, you can capture the moment when your customers are most likely to provide a positive review, and increase the chances of getting valuable feedback from them.
First, update the settings to send a request automatically by going to 'Installed Plugins' and search for 'SocialPrf'.
In the settings page, check the option to send a testimoial request everytime a user or agent marks a conversation as resolved.
Now, whenever a customer issue is resolved successfully and when a user or the agent marks the conversation as resolved, then socialprf will automatically send a review request
