Option 3: Send Invitations Requesting for a Testimonial
The third option and probably the most important option is to send a personalized request to your users requesting for a testimonial.
You will find the option to invite a user in the 'collect' menu option.
You can request for a testimonial through email or SMS
When you click 'Send New Request' you can then specify the details of the customer you want to request testimonial from. You can choose whether you want to collect 'Video/Text Testimonials' in socialprf or collect testimonials in 3rd party sites like Google/G2 etc.
