Request for Testimonial through SMS

To request a testimonial over email, go to 'Collect' section and click 'Send new request'.

Once you click that, you will see a popup where you can provide the details of your customer.

Here you need to enter the customer details. You also have the option of choosing the delivery mode. If you want to send a SMS request, select SMS.

You will then be prompted to enter the phone number of your customer.

Please note that you will get 50 SMS credits every month if you are on the Professional Plan and above

It is also important to enter the phone number correctly including the country code in the below format

or

+1 and +44 above are the respective country codes.

Once you hit, request testimonial, an SMS will be sent to them requesting a testimonial.

When the link in the SMS is clicked, the users will be taken to a landing page where they can record their testimonial right from their mobile.

Requesting a testimonial through SMS is a great way to improve testimonial collection as you are reaching the customers where they are through the mobile and it is incredibly easy for them to record the testimonial right from their mobile.
