Reply/Respond To a Testimonial

One of the key aspects of managing your brand reputation is about managing the bad reviews. A bad review can damage your brand value.

SocialPrf not just helps you collect good reviews, but it also helps manage negative reviews by crafting an appropriate AI based response.

In order to reply to a testimonial, select a testimonial and click 'Reply'.

Then select, AI response, which will look at the testimonial/review of the user and create a careful professional response. You can edit this response further or leave it as is and post reply.

If it was a Google MyBusiness review, you can directly post the reply to that specific comment right from SocialPRF.

For all other reviews, you can send a direct email response to the user from your SocialPRF account.
